Christmas Cooking: An Alternative Christmas Dinner!

Learn the skills to wow your dinner guests over the festivities!  On this masterclass, you will make Double Baked Salmon Souffle; Beef Wellington with a Mushroom and Chicken Mousse; Baileys Yoghurt and Buttermilk Panna Cotta with Choclate (all ingredients included)

Plant Based Cooking Class

If you are looking to increase your intake of plant-based foods, join this masterclass to create a plant-based menu with the ‘wow’ factor!  You will make Wild Mushroom Pithivier, Marinated Aubergine and Tahini Sauce and Chocolate Avocado and Peanut Butter Pudding!

Curries of the World

One of our most popular cooking masterclasses!  Learn to make the ultimate Chicken Balti, Red Thai Prawn curry with Noodles and your very own Naan bread!  (all ingredients included)

Bread Class

Italian: Pasta Masterclass
